More spend isn't the fix.Before we scale, I make sure that we have the right foundations in place.

What I actually look at:

1. Tracking

If your sales or leads aren't tracked properly, every single decision becomes a guess.

2. Account Structure

Not every product deserves the same attention. I will make sure we're pushing what actually sells.

3. Traffic

Are we actually reaching new customers, or just showing ads to the same audience on repeat?

4. Landing Page

Doesn't matter how good the traffic is if the page isn't converting. I will look at this through a CRO lens and flag what's costing you conversions.
